I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. Check in was fast and easy. The desk agents all were super pleasant. My room was comfortable and so was the bed. The shower is nice sized, and the bath included shampoo, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and a couple of amenities I didn't open, I think one was ear swabs. There were plenty of towels. I'd read somewhere that you should bring your own washcloth, and that is true. I'm glad I did that. I opted for a room at the back of the hotel which was quieter. My window opened up to the Courtyard, and it truly was serene. The hotel is a block from the 4 metro line. They have a really wonderful breakfast that I wish I had gotten photos of. The variety was fantastic, allowing you to have something different every day of your stay. The bar was also nice and really busy. I found the bartender to be extremely helpful as well as very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is located in the Indian / Turkish area, so there were no bistros immediately nearby, but within a couple of blocks walking I found several. I would stay at this hotel again, but one thing to note, you do have to take a train or a bus to find any of the well known sites of Paris.

Not sure how this hotel can be rated 4 star with being in such a dodgy part of Paris. We were scared to walk around - even in the daytime it felt scary. The hotel staff were ok, the rooms were clean but the amenities are also very outdated. The hairdryer looked like something out of a ghost buster movie.

The hotel is spotless. Staff are so kind, polite and helpful. Great for advice and help. The location of hotel is not great, need to watch where you are going and where you walk, one street away and you are in a different world. The metro is quite close, 500 meters away.

Don’t trust this hotel! They cancelled my booking, for my family and I of two rooms, blaming “a technical problem”. No offer of help, leaving us without accommodation. Be really careful relying on them for your stay in Paris else you might be stuck too

Super friendly staff who could speak English, and clean rooms. I liked the multicultural atmosphere of the neighborhood and the convenience to multiple Metro lines. The room was pleasantly decorated. The only complaint was that the shower was very narrow and it was hard to turn around without accidentally turning off the water. I wished the bar had been open more dependably because I had hopes of being able to visit it. Easy walk to the Marché aux Puces.
